How Mohale Motaung intends to embrace the #RideTheWave theme for Durban July this year

This year’s Hollywoodbets Durban July is expected to be a big hit because to its intriguing theme, #RideTheWave, which will spark visitors’ endless inventiveness.

Mohale Motaung is preparing to make a splash among the stylish crowd with his partnership with well-known designer Masango by Siphosihle.

Mohale talked about how excited he was about the much anticipated occasion and how his costume was inspired.

“I adore the theme #RideTheWave!” he declared to The Citizen. It’s a fantastic parody of the Durban July’s horse racing theme that inspires a tonne of original fashion and style ideas.

The businessman and reality show star claimed that Masango by Siphosihle’s partnership will give the event a new, vibrant look.

“My wardrobe decision was influenced by the ocean’s range of blue tones, from tranquil waves to raging seas. I want my appearance to evoke the motion and vitality of the waves!”

Mohale is excited about the entertainment as well.
Mohale added that he is looking forward to enjoying the fun of his life in addition to the fashion.

The thing I’m most interested in seeing is how each person interprets the theme. With my buddies, I can’t wait to take in the atmosphere and dance all day!”

At the Durban July last year, Mohale looked amazing in a long, black coat with intricate motifs. He wore it with matching black trousers and his well-known Simon and Mary hat.

The 128th running of the renowned event, with the theme “Ride the Wave,” will take place at the Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse on July 6. Fans are invited to attend.

Limited general tickets, priced at R230 and including parking at R170, are available from Ticketpro, SPAR Payzone kiosks, and select Sasol stores. These tickets will give you a front-row seat to the racing action from the grandstand and track-side lawns, as well as live DJ performances, runway and public fashion competitions, and more.
